Probably the same 2 jabrons above who are saying Matt is the problem and they need to trade him.

And I'm not one who gets on OC's over play calling or scheme but this is pretty damn obvious. Koetter is hindering Matt, the system doesn't play to his strengths at all.

Most Saints fans I talk to say the Falcons would have won both matchups this year against them if the 2 teams made one trade - coaching staffs.

It's that apparent how bad ours is, and how good they have it.

Matt Ryan isn't the problem. Let's move off that.

Considering where we are, I'd pull an Oakland/Tampa trade for Gruden with McVay in LA.

The defense has actually played really well, and I don't think it's a fluke.

The fact our offense is stalling out like it is makes me absolutely sick.

Um, you can't trade him. We've talked about this numerous times why but you just don't seem to grasp it. It ain't that hard to understand.

It is much more palatable to trade him post June 1, but you're right that it'll probably be 2022 before we move on.

I just hate that Dimitroff signed Ryan and Julio to such shitty contracts that it is nearly impossible to trade them while they still have value. By the time Julio is movable, he'll be so injury prone that we won't get much in return.

Also, if we trade Ryan this offseason post June 1 and have a shitty cap situation in 2021, it may not be the worst move anyways. That gives the team a better chance to suck in 2021 and get more high draft picks in 2022. This team needs a massive infusion of young, cheap talent and it won't be fixed in one offseason.

Ryan isn't going anywhere. Nor should he. He needs a competent offensive minded HC that can play to his strengths, I.e rhythm passing, quick drops, WCO, instead of the long-developing vertical routes of Koetter.

This talk of trading him is stupid.

Ryan himself isn't the problem, but the team around him is horrible and his salary makes it tough to build a good team unless they absolutely nail a few drafts.

See I don't completely agree w/this either. There is talent on both sides, but the coaching is so bad that it makes the good talent look bad.

It's coaching. Get a new staff in here and see what they can do.

I like Ryan and Julio. I love our offensive players. I can’t stand the leadership wasting these guys away.

Hire the most offensive minded guru out there for a 3 year deal. Boom or bust, but the current guys are retiring soon anyways. Boom or bust.

Exactly. This is what I was trying to tell VA Dawg yesterday. It's coaching. There is plenty of talent on the roster

There's some, but I think it is a little overblown, especially on defense. Jarrett is a legitimate, all pro caliber stud. Deion Jones is streaky but when he's good, he's really good. Neal will be an interesting offseason decision. His play is warranting an extension but health will always be an issue.

Allen is overrated by our fans. Sheffield doesn't look very good. Terrell is better than I expected. Oliver has been better since Morris put him in a slot/safety role, but still isn't great. I think he could move to safety and be pretty good.

I'm hoping we have something with Means and Mariner at DE. Fowler is decent but overrated. I have high hopes for Marlon Davidson.

As for the offense, there is talent but it is getting old fast. The offensive line has been very underwhelming for a lot of this season, especially in the two games against New Orleans. They have a good defense but we made their pass rush look like the 1985 Bears.

Yerry Fontenot, the Saints vice president/assistant general manager-pro personnel; Rick Smith, a former Houston Texans general manager; and Brad Holmes, Rams director of college scouting, will be interviewed by the Falcons, according to a league source via AJC.

This would be such a typical Blank move and just cement the point that I've been making that he has no idea what he's doing and that he needs to sell the team.

Hard pass on both. Especially Bienemy.

Dorsey is a great talent evaluator, especially w/QB's. But he has a shelf life. To say he is aloof would be an understatement.

As for Bienemy, hard pass.
