How is it working out for you?
Finished there; not well for me.

Got mine from Fayetteville but did some teaching to undergrads at Uler.

Were they dimmer than usual? I found a lot of my classmates rather dull intellectually.

No I thought they were normal. You had some bright and motivated students and others who were there just figuring out what they wanted to do in life.

I got my MBA there. It was a weird experience. There were some ridiculously talented people in the program, but there were also some of the dumbest motherfrickers I have ever met.

I have a job that allows me to screw around on sports message boards, so I think it has been working out fine so far.

I do. It's working fine for me. I didn't spend a dime on my degree and I'm satisfied with my job/pay, though I did have to move out of state.

That's pretty much spot-on. A lot of really good students - especially in the engineering and business programs - but you also have some people who are barely literate, bringing the average down.

What you get out of an education is what you put into it. High performing students will tend to become high performing employees.
There are some careers where it actually matters where you went to school, but for the most part, it really doesn't. What matters is what you can do, and how effective you are at selling your skills to potential employers.
