Pittman isn’t firing his buddy. Kennedy will come back and we’ll have one of the worst OLs in the country again.

He'll just hire a new OC.

The true test of Pittman's willingness and drive to fundamentally change the direction of the program will come with what he does concerning Kennedy. If he retains Kennedy it shows he has no idea how to fix the issues and is only leaning on his "more NIL and a new OC" scapegoat to get another year.
Without fixing the Oline first, nothing else matters. Sam also has to figure out how to motivate his players to play their hardest and give their top effort every single game, especially at home.
These are the two biggest fixes that need addressed. If nothing is done in either regard, this ship is sunk before midway through next season

Offensive staff retained other than oc, defensive staff leaves be cause of uncertainty, special teams remains in tact for continuity sake.
