Just a W without thinking of the implications it might carry. I'm tired of losing to Bama but I just can't stand losing to Aggy. What y'all say?

We haven't beaten Alabama since I was a sophomore in college. I'd much rather take another embarrassing overtime loss to the Aggies than let Bama beat us 10 times in a row.

A&M and State. Arkansas coaches don't normally have losing records to those schools. Bielema is going to have to start winning some of those to stay here long term.

I feel ya on Alabama but I can't trade another overtime choke job. The past two years losing in that fashion has been brutal.

All of them but seriously I'm torn- it's like bama is the giant monkey on our backs but like chesh said we don't lose to msu and Aggies on the reg so that's got to stop. I'd like to see lsu beat bama and then we beat them (lsu) just for shits and giggles.

I too would like to stop the aTm (especially) and MSU string, but in the long run a win over Bama might do us more good program wise. Perhaps open the eyes of a few more recruits.

Realistically, we aren't competing with Bama at this point in time. Losing to them again wouldn't be a big deal. A&M is our competition, can't keep losing to them

In reality, is there anyone besides LSU that genuinely expects to compete with them each year? L5U should kill that hope, but it does not. Ole Miss fans can pretend to expect that W, but you know they are just as surprised as the next guy about their 2-0 streak.
Oh yea - A&M is the W I want the most. Next on the list is MSU, then Florida.

That being said, it would really piss me off to go 4-0 vs the top 4 on my list and then lose to Auburn and Missouri.

Beating Bama would make me the happiest, but losing to A&M would make me the most frustrated.

We're in such shitty positions of streaks against Florida, Alabama, Texas A&M, and Mississippi State that it's impossible to choose between the four.
We've won two in a row against the best coach Ole Miss has had since the '50s, and against LSU, a team that is always "better" than us. It's impossible for me to choose between those two, especially pitted against the other four. Three in a row on an LSU site, and three in a row against Ole Miss before they fired their coach? Too sweet to give up.
And a loss to Louisiana Tech or Texas State would just be ULM/Toledo all over again. Alcorn State would be the Citadel all over again.
