So you want more.

They have changed their employ uniform from bright blue smocks (With "May I Help YOU?" on the back)/jeans to navy blue t-shirts/khakis.

They have changed the exterior of the store from blue store front placard (or whatever you want to call it) with bare brick buildings on the regular stores, the supercenters had everything painted white to buildings that externally use earth tone colors. (Brown, beige, etc).

They have changed the logo from:

Wal-Mart to
Wal*Mart to
Walmart using that stupid arse smiley face to
Walmart using the logo that I guess is suppose to be a sun.

Walmart has felt the need to change their brand identity over the years.

No idea if they still force their employees to sing those stupid arse songs before opening and after closing at the hon-super center stores.

@OP, I think the black uniforms are more or less a passing fad. The lack of "tradition" doesn't really bother me because it's not like we're going all-black every game, but it's kind of lame how every team in the nation is finding some BS reason to don black uniforms like it makes them fearsome.
