In a world where most people try to lie, cover up, and deflect; I applaud him for posting a video for everyone to see with an apology admitting to what he did. He's one of my favorite talking heads. I believe in second chances, hope he hasn't already used his up.

yeah benzos are no fricking joke at ALL i mean by themselves all they do is put you to sleep for the most part. But mix with alcohol especially strong alcohol like vodka and it's a 100% wrap.
if you over do it, or shite even if you don't over do it, like if you are fricking around and take 2 xanax and you are drinking shots, death by asphyxiation becomes a major issue. You're better off overdoing opiates by themselves then overdoing benzo's while drinking at least then you're just throwing up all night.
seriously though i hope he is okay besides being embarrassed that's serious stuff.It's a thin line between being too fricked up at work and not being able to wake up because you ODed and i hate to see anyone cross that line.
