The christening was ruined by a bunch of drunks. They were yelling obscenities around my kids and throwing ice at people. I was already freaked out about parking my car in that neighborhood.

Is there any way we could get the USS Little Rock to sail up the Arkansas River and then be forded up to Beaver Lake for at least 2 weekends a year?
It's too difficult to make that treacherous drive from NWA to Little Rock to see it. And even though it doesn't belong to us, we'd like to have as much access as everyone else.
