I'm taking the content of this to mean that there will be an Arsaga's, a PIGMINT (flower/gift shop) and some kind of market there:

If I needed a place to stay, I'd strongly consider this, as it appears that it is for grown-ups. Right on the Greenway, too.

I was wondering what was being built in the location when I was in town a couple of weeks ago. Looks cool and its not going to be student housing? Thank God
