THV to Offer TV Programs on Secondary Channel

I know there is a dispute with the cbs channel and dish. Not sure about the other providers.

Well, I guess they did.
24 hour weather was on 11.2.
Just flipped over there to find an episode of Mr. Ed currently running.

Just flipped and got channel 11 again.
