People bitch about little rock but I would crawl on my dick through glass from conway to LR if you gave me the choice to live between the 2. I don't see how anyone actually LIVES in conway that place is so arse backwards

Faulkner county is the #2 growing county in Arkansas. You won't be missed.

And in my experience most of that population increase is from little rock/pulaski county.

It would appear your opinion is in the minority

Conway is nice enough. Traffic sucks though.

I wished I'd brought some home yesterday. I'm no dumpling aficionado but those were the best I'd ever had.

I grew up in Conway, and most of my family is still there. As such, I go back pretty often. It's leaps and bounds better than it was when I grew up there.

I'd still probably live in LR over Conway were I to choose, but Conway is pretty liveable now and getting more so with each year.

Its a big suburb/college town. Towns fitting that description are generally pretty nice places to live.

While we're talking about Conway, I hear Tacos4Life is going to open in Fayetteville. Its the sort-of non-profit place that helps feed starving kids in Africa.

Anybody have any opinions about their food?

I went a few weeks ago and loved it- very tasty tacos. They also had a pitza 4 2 place (same folks anyway) that did the same thing as far as donations but it was pitas done into pizzas- it was good too but wasn't as popular as the tacos place so they changed it into another taco4life.

I noticed that lost 40, threefold and tacos for life all serve on these little metal sheet pans you can get at sam's. I've obviously been on an eat out kick lately. Ahhhhh to be a restaurant reviewer must be the life.

It's a tough taco market up here, but I wish them luck.

Actually: I say it's a tough taco market up here, but the masses aren't eating at the quality taco joints for the most part, so they'll probably do fine.

I bet they're successful. great food and the whole africa charity deal is a good combo.

the hippies up in fayetteville will eat the african charity aspect up.

I see the new name hasn't changed their service issues.

I used to go there often. You can roll out of bed hungover and blend right in with the weird Hendrix crowd on a Saturday/Sunday morning. only place I'd go in town without worrying about my appearance. Love their croissant breakfast sandwhich.

The key is to go inside to order as soon as you get there. They seem to give zero fricks unless you're one of their regular Hendrix types as far as customer service is concerned.

Tacos 4life is good, but not great. their tacos are very tasty but the cheese dip sucks. Also kind of expensive for what it is.

yea if I had two complaints, those would be it.

but the fact that they seem to make most of their stuff in house makes up for it.
