ORU record looks nice and all, but they've played 3 teams in in 3 months with a winning record. Missouri St, Oklahoma and Oklahoma St. All midweek games.
Missouri St could be a problem, but I honestly don't see it.

We "should" be able to win the Regional and TCU got screwed by drawing UVA (who got screwed when the Committee gave FSU a Host).

If we take care of business, I like Virginia's chances of taking that Ft. Worth regional.

2. Missouri State: Arkansas beat midweek when they started a weekend starter 12-4. 0-3 vs. Top 50 RPI teams.
3. Oklahoma State: Were 26-25 before Big 12 Tourney. Finished 8th in the Big 12(9 teams). Went 8-14 in league play. 6-10 record in true road games. Give up 5.1 runs per game.
4. Oral Roberts: 4-3 vs. Top 50 RPI teams. Those wins are OkState, OU, and Missouri State mid week. Best weekend RPI series win this season is Alabama(180). 6-8 vs. RPI Top 100. 32-4 vs. RPI 200+

Missouri State baseball has to think of us like we think of North Carolina in basketball by now. They can't stop drawing us. Made worse by the fact that they were a national seed and still had to play a Super in our stadium.

Virginia is becoming our UNC for baseball.. if we meet them again.
Certainly helps Mo State rivalry though between playing them every year midweek now regionals.
