So he was pulled over for his lights being bright?
Interesting...if he was in a Ford, their low beams are always bright...not sure if this will stick..he is also a minor, which means he only had to blow a .02 for the DWI
Once Tevin gets layered up with Drew, these will be tossed.

.02-.08 is charged as a DUI in Arkansas. He got charged with a DWI so he blew above a .08.

REGULATIONS FOR DUI/DWI IN ARKANSAS In Arkansas, the Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) limit is set at 0.08% for drivers over 21 years of age and it is set at 0.02% for those under 21. For commercial drivers, the limit is set at 0.04%.

A police officer may pull you over for DUI or DWI if you are not accelerating smoothly, stop abruptly, weave out of your lane, or drive dangerously. The most common test for alcohol is the blood alcohol content. In Arkansas, if you are old enough to legally drink?21 years old? then you will be charged with DWI if you have .08% BAC. For drivers younger than 21 years old, the limit drops to .02% BAC. The BAC limit for commercial drivers is .04% and carries serious consequences, particularly if you are driving a commercial vehicle when you are arrested.

Trust me, I'm well aware of the DWI laws in Arkansas. He blew over a .08.

Well that sucks. Been like 2 years since we've had an arrest.

Coach, "Took away his car, and added other consequences, he called mom and got agreement to use as discipline"
Beanum had 16 hrs of classes this semester with all A's and B's!
