Tore his ACL during practice for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers today

Thoughts on bringing him in as a GA?

It was his achilles. But yeah, that's awful. A great football player with some absolute shite luck with injuries.

People will read our board and laugh/start threads about this, but damn he was a hell of a talent pre injuries. He was easily the best of that trio of great receivers we had. Wish him well.

Horrible luck for that kid. I wouldn't mind bringing him back as a GA. We could certainly use the help in developing our receivers.

Yea, worst luck of anyone I can remember.

Looked invincible until that first injury against Vandy.

Which he never should have been in the game anyway.

You can blame Petrino

Childs wasn't ready when he came back. Coming back too soon actually weakened his other knee and now they're both ruined.
