Just talked to a friend who should know about this stuff... Said that there will be more discussion on CBB and his job status following the Auburn game.

also, the information coming out about the contract was timed by a few folks, done on purpose. This was easy to figure out by anyone...

There are some that are tired of hearing about GM and want to see what happens in that game before proceeding.

sounds about right. This honestly just pizzes me off. CBB hasn't been able to do anything prior to now and perhaps they are pinning his future on one game? what in the heck.

I'm just glad that the conversations are taking place. I think it's over for him now that we know the buyout is affordable.

Let the circus begin! (We should be used to it after the last decade)

If he beats Auburn and gets the team buying back in and THEN goes on to win the rest of this seasons games...

Doubt it, though. The SC game was fugly. USC was trying to break in receivers after an injury just like we are.

It was thier defense, and our abysmal offense that made that so bad.

Also I figure he is gone no matter what.

Also we are auburn's super bowl. It shows in the way they play us, come out and try to fight us mid field, the way gus tries to run up the score, or show he can beat us without throwing a pass.

Bert can't play against the spread. He literally has no idea how to stop it. The game has passed him by.

All he has to do is win 8 regular season games and he keeps the job.

So are you implying that they'd talk to/about Gus after the AU game or just discuss CBBs future and assess from there forward?

If its option one I'll meet you at the nearest Sonic right NOW so we can fight IRL

I think it's funny that we have BMD's who actually believe we can beat Gus. It's pitiful really.

We are gonna get stomped. Also it's sad they are so hung up on him.

That game is essentially Bert's last hope. Even if we somehow won out after Auburn, I don't think it would be enough to get the fanbase back. He needs a win vs Auburn or Bama (lol) to go along with it.

warning, I don't fight fair. In all seriousness, what I was told is that CBB needs to win that game...

That bot members are sick of hearing that GM should be hired etal. The pressure is on.

I have no idea if they want to hire GM, Lord I hope not...

This is why I want him fired directly after the early signing day. I know that is fricked up but it's a cut throat business and we have to look out for ourselves.

I fear we will not get the last Henry if we do not get a new coach. We need to get rid of him now so we can get guys on the 2019 class. I'm assuming lunney would be retained actually by the new staff.

Also Paul rhoads would possibly have a chance of being retained with his resume.

What ever staff comes in would be utterly stupid not to retain Lunney.
