I've said the same thing about getting divided 4 lane from I-55 to Fayetteville. I'm 34, and pretty positive I will die before it happens.

That literally is never going to happen. I-49 is at least a congressionally designated high priority corridor so we could see it this century

SAMs HQ was one of the commercial scam buildings that went up, I believe walmart got in on foreclosure, I don't think it was built to be the hq.
I doubt walmart builds a new campus, it's contrary to thier whole business model and sales are stinking. Gonna be some pusses off associates come bonus time in a few weeks
