Rivals reported yesterday that Pitt offered him their OC job and he turned it down. They also said we are reworking his contract.

The NFL thing does make me nervous as well. We can't really compete with that unfortunately.

I don't like the rumors about Enos receiving interest from NFL teams and other colleges

Same, it is fairly clear that Enos isn't going to be here much longer if he continues to have success.

I'm telling you, he doesn't have free reigns on play calling. He has restrictions. If he leaves, they butted heads IMO.

I can definitely believe this, especially when we get close to the goal line. Texas A&M game being the best example.

Bo and other local media now reporting that Enos is "likely to stay" and that there's more defensive staff turnover to come. That's only good news to this point.

Diaco and Rhoads as co-defensive coordinators, Partridge comes back to take over for Segrest, and adding a stud recruiter / special teams coach with the new 10th assistant spot is my dream scenario.

I don't have a problem with this scenario other than Partridge taking over for Rhoads.

Correct me if I'm wrong but has Charlie ever coached DB's?

He coached LBs at Pitt in 2007, but I got myself confused. I want Partridge to come take over for Segrest. I'll correct the first post.

I would be back aboard the Bert wagon if he hires Diaco.

Diaco & Rhoads as Co DC's then adding a new DL coach and a 10th assistant?

Hell, Bert may have something after all.

Diaco is also being rumored to be a front runner for the Nebraska job.

Yes, as of just a few minutes ago on twitter Sean Callahan said he was the leader right now for their position.

One of us is going to pay him big $$
