We should be one of the best offenses in the conference. Might even be the best by the end of the year. Gonna have to pony up again for enos once again.

On the subject of enos. I believe we will see his real worth after Austin is gone. He has had it real good with both Allen's. Sometimes you make great quarterbacks, sometimes they make you.

I think the change in Brandon after Enos got here, proves Enos had a lot to do with it.

1) Watching Brandon Martin go beast mode on SEC Cornerbacks.
2) TJ Hammonds making opposing D-Coords age badly every week.
3) Devwah and Maleek pounding Bama in the 4th quarter as we finally get over that hump.
4) A defense that is better than most decent HS teams can field.

You say this as if Brandon was setting the world on fire with Chaney.

I mean I totally think enos is 2nd to none at developing guys.

I was just saying the Allen's came in with a football family, with their dad as a coach. They had a lot going for them to be big time players. I'm curious what it will look like without an Allen. I'll admit we are very spoiled on good qb play. We have had 4 NFL qb's in a row. I'm not sure anyone else has in this league. Can dan make it 5? Kelly looks to have the build.

Honestly at this point though it shouldn't be hard to get those kind of guys here because we now have a history and tradition going.

I only know like 5 players on the team, thus less attachment than any other year in my lifetime.

It should end in December, which means basketball season is about to start.

We're so f-ing irrelevant. Last in the SEC in year 5. Unreal. But I legit do not care, it's a strange feeling.

Explain how that is unreasonable after last season?

Please.

The Spring Game debacle took the wind out of a lot of fans' sails (pun intended). Usually over the summer, we can point to dudes that had a huge spring game, new wrinkles we saw, etc. We didn't really get that this year.

I think once Fall ball rolls around, everybody will be all excited again.

Yeah no matter how much I try to temper my expectations, once Fall football starts I am giddy like a child on Christmas.

I guess I'm the weird one. I just enjoy watching the Hogs play. If they win, that's great. If they lose, we'll that sux. Just watching them is enjoyable to me.

Nah, I think most are but you just get some of the more serious/hardcore fans that post on message boards. I'm excited for the season and it really doesn't have anything to do with how good I think we are going to be.

I'm excited to see what PR can do with the defense, especially calling plays on game day.

I think our CB group will end up being pretty deep this year.

Pulley
Toliver
Richardson
Tutt
Calloway

Intrigued to see what Tutt can do. Heard he was expected to play quite a bit before the injury last year.

I believe Tutt would have been starting last year if not for the injury. If he and Richardson both come back strong then we definitely might be better than expected there.
