Got to question Fleck's ability to hire good assistants, if this turns out to be true

And not the guy who hired him and kept him here 3 seasons?

We're just going to get some other no name loser with zero SEC connections.

Bluh.

To be fair, the guy was worshipped by the entire fan base (including this board) in season 1. We thought last year was a fluke and discovered this year that his first season was, in fact, the fluke.

I revised the history on willy years ago. Dude was a good coordinator considering we went up tempo more then and our style of offense. Also the way practice was conducted.

Nah man. I challenge you to go back during the Petrine years and see how many times a dback turned their head. I bet we accidentally got in the way of as many as we intentionally deflected.

This. I don't know how many times I had to tell "Turn your damn head around!!!" during those years. So frustrating.

Man I think I was one of the few when Willy Rob was here that though he was actually a good DC. He actually knew how to slow or shut down spread offenses unlike our last three DC's.

Statistically, Willy Robinson is the best and most consistent defensive coordinator Arkansas has had for years.

Points wise in any case. He improved in each of his seasons at Arkansas as well.

I don't think Robb is as bad as many believe fornthe same reason I think having coordinators long term is a bad thing in this league.

The coaching staffs for all the schools put in too much work. All the schools have off the field coaches whose only job is to study tendencies and find personnel matchups that can be exploited through scheme. Freeze and staff are not a bright bunch and Robb had little difficulty with him same with Miles and staff...
