We got them to play a fraternity party for $500 before they started to get big. Awesome time.

Did they play "Carney Man", they fricking hate that song now.

Since the split, Canada quit smoking and his music isn't as good.

Also, was this party why they always give Arkansas credit for having the best sticky in their songs?

The only time I ever remember being legitimately pissed on this website was when Knile went down with that ankle injury in the preseason and a certain Auburn fan rubbed me the wrong way, but I just really felt bad about Knile since he had gone through somuch up until that point.

I like to think of the Arkansas board as a filter from all the chaos that is the SECr. I dont go to the rant for Razorback news I come here so its just easier when all the shite is left out. Now I understand that my posting style is not for everybody so I'm not trying to go on any self righteous tirade about how to post. I'm just offering some friendly advice to a poster that is sitting with a puckered arse after possibly pissing off a bunch of Hog poster on the rant.

Serious ?.

Do I remember right that you live in or around Greenwood?

I'm considering taking a job in the area and was wondering what rent rates were for houses/apartments in the area until I find a more permanent residence.

And you are not going to fool me with areas in the north side of ft. smith.

ANYWHERE ON MIDLAND AVE IS GREAT WITH LOTS OF WHITES.

Yeah I live in Greenwood and the rent rates around here are pretty reasonable depending on what you want. You looking for a house or an apartment?

Apartments in Greenwood are anywhere from $400 - 700ish I believe and you can rent a 3 bedroom 2 bath type house for $750 - $850

Probably an apartment since it will likely be short term until I can find a house in the area to buy or land to build on(Charleston, Lavaca, Greenwood, possibly Hackett).

I'd rather make a mortgage payment in the $1500ish range compared to rent in the $850is range.

All of those towns are going to be around the same and they all follow the same rules. The cheaper the rent the more meth and welfare you have to deal with. For a mortgage in the $1500 you can get a 3,000SF + home in one of those towns.

Rules like covenants (or whatever they call them)?

Well, yeah, lol.

Is there any nice apartment complexes in Greenwood, like not having to lock the front door while you are in it nice? I never lock the doors at my current house, home/away, I do not even keep a house key on the key ring.

Yeah, that's just a rough figure, I might be in a DINK situation when that time comes.

I do not want to live in Ft. Fresh.

Greenwood doesn't really have any uptown apartments and it's not an apartment heavy town. More of a duplex, starter home kind of community. My bro-in-law lives in a two bedroom apartment and pays $450/month. He hasn't had any issues and but he locks his door every time he leaves. Also it's on the East Side of Greenwood and there is a traffic factor to take into account.

Any idea on a rough range what these run?

I might lean that way over an apartment.

I hope it has really thin walls so you can hear the person on the other side.
