I do not want to lose that guy. His offensive philosophy is borderline perfect and he turned Brandon Allen from a punchline into a possible NFL draft pick.

No thanks. Pay him all of the dollars to be OC but I don't really want him as HC until I see him succeed somewhere doing it.
