After never really getting much into alcohol my entire time in high school, I've developed a taste for it recently. I really need to cut back on the vodka. I'll look for any reason to take shots. Drinking games in the middle of the week are not ok.

I used to socially smoke cigarettes, from age about 16 to 22ish. Haven't had one in well over 3 years now. Quit cold turkey, was easy for me.

Try working at a church and being a dip fein. Guilt finally got the best of me and the well I suffer in the hood and am stressed to the max was not a quality excuse any more

I will never forget my dad and uncle giving me some redman while riding in a jeep on the farm. Didn't know you didn't swallow, dang I was so sick.
Many years later skoal and cope.... Coupons come monthly...
It is hard to stop. But I do have an addictive personality as well. Food, especially. Sux

My wife and I both quit smoking 4 years ago, I used a vaporizer to quit. I had smoked about 1.5 packs a day for twenty years. I've gained almost 40 lbs. since I quit. I think I was healthier when I smoked.
