Ya. The best thing for him would be to not post, chill out, and maybe post again next month or something. By then, what is not forgiven will most likely be forgotten.

I would also like to check the Arkansas board and see discussion about Razorback athletics. Everyone agrees

Someone else is detracting from this. Its not Hog fans. Kills makes everything about him, this is no exception. He does more and more outrageous shite

Enough is enough. We have control over our board, lets take it back

I agree that the whining & bitching are getting old. ... I've also heard from several posters of other fanbases about the original picture & references made to Coach Richardson's daughter who died. Some of them, I'm told, were in a joking manner. Instead of going on & on about it, no Arkansas poster should use any sig pic made for that "bet." It's really that simple. I didn't take the bet, but even if I had, knowing what the original was to be, there is no question that I would not have used any of them. ... Making a joke of a dead child, someone's young daughter dying of cancer, (no matter how many hairs are being split to justify it) nullified any "e-code" of honoring some inane internet bet. The dead child is real; internet bullshite not so much. It seems the lines around here keep getting blurrier & blurrier. If people really want to do something on principle, and not some "I'm a person of my word" horseshite to internet strangers, take down the sig pics and be done with it.

Eta - I'm not voting on a ban at this time.

Ridiculous...

I have mostly stayed away from posting on this subject because of the Mob Mentality on it.

Geeze, its a message board, and Killz is funny most of the time. This was in poor taste, which he admits and never posted on this board to begin with.

So now we are gonna ban him from posting something on his own teams board? that is a bit of a reach. Do you really truly believe that Killz aimed to make fun of a young lady who died with Cancer?

If so... pray for him, but banning him is counterproductive to any real argument. It admits weakness and naivety In my opinion.

It is often disturbing to me how we want to limit so much on a board that could actually use the traffic.

Let me give a quick example. I believe in God, I believe His son Died on the cross. Some on here do not. Some are atheistic in their beliefs and this is offensive to me. So, should I be banned, or should they. I have seen God's name taken in vain, Jesus ridiculed in game threads.. Who should be banned?

Nobody period. Opinions are what makes the world relevant rather than a Nazified stigma of life. I would much rather have great discussion on the differences than simply ban anyone who differs. He apologized, move on!

"Lightening up" should happen on many levels around here - not gonna happen with regards to joking about a coach's dead kid, as it should not, and as anyone with children should get. However, people need to walk the walk & take down the pic if that's how they feel, then move on.

I moved to this board from HV because it seemed like it was more internet savvy and a little more current in that it didn't come off like a bunch of hicks who learned about the internet two years ago. The indignation in this whole move makes me wonder if I misjudged. Like I'm at the point where I'm wondering if the OP and supporters of the OP are doing some kind of hilarious troll trying to be ironic and funny.

Put on your big boy pants and learn to ignore people who annoy you.

I made a pic that showed Anderson's and Richardson's face on Carries blood drenched body. It said, "the Antler's are all gonna laugh at you!" An Antler says, "we should start a chant about Richardson's family. Ideas?"

I posted it on the Mizzou Board and said something like, "can you imagine if this was the Arkansas sig pic?"

I got a lot of "don't do it, Killz. That would be awful."

And I was like, "don't worry. I never planned to anyhow. It is pretty bad."

Based on his own post, yes, I believe the "joke" was intentional. No question. ... I was also told by others about the humor found in it by many of their posters based on what was "said" on the MO board. I myself don't read other team boards bc IDGAF what they discuss. It was only brought to my attention by poster friends of mine since they thought it was so over the line.

Is that just how killz is? Pushing the envelope? Probably. ... And he probably didn't mean any true harm. ... However, that does not negate the fact that it is beyond classless, and people have a right to their own feelings about it just as the MO people have a right to laugh & joke about it on their board. AR posters also have a right not to use the damn pic if they don't want. THAT is what the "argument" was about. ... A MO poster began a thread on the help board bitching about AR posters not "keeping their word" regarding a meaningless internet bet. Well, they don't have to. This isn't a court of law; there was no legal contract signed. It's a frickin message board for God's sake - supposedly, a sports forum - and people who want to post are subjected to & have to endure a good bit of shite, but most people have that "line" that doesn't need to be crossed. For many, joking about a dead kid is one of those lines, so if they don't want to play along, they shouldn't have to.

As I said before, Idc about killz's being banned or not; it's not my call, but I sure as hell wouldn't be sporting a MO sig pic, and whomever didn't like it could get fricked. The end.

Missy and everyone else,

No one was laughing about a dead child. The link that dale posted could be perceived that way, but in reality they were laughing at the idea that I might seriously ask y'all to use that atrocious sig pic. I was clearly trolling my own fan base for a cheap laugh. Most of them knew I wasn't serious, including SEMO. However, SEMO deleted the pics because she felt it was borderline inappropriate...and in her good wisdom she was right.

The Mizzou posters weren't laughing at the pic...they were laughing at the fact that I even attempted to tackle that story because it would certainly be controversial. It was like, "oh shite, Killz. You're pushing the envelope with that pic. This won't end well, brotha," type responses. It was a reaction to how you all may react to the pic if I indeed was serious.

But of course I wasn't serious. I said in that thread that I would soon post other sig pics. One of those pics was the pic that I actually asked y'all to use. The corn versus cotton poop sig pic.

One last time...no one made fun of a sick/dead child. They were laughing at me because they didn't know if I was serious. I was just trolling both fan bases.

I won't post here anymore to allow things to calm down. Take my word that none of us condone the story or the Antlers' antic if that story really occurred.

It was in poor taste but the thought behind it was FAR more innocent than you may choose to believe. I think y'all know me better than this. I have children and the scariest thing I can think of is losing my children.

I apologize. I take responsibility. I will no longer post here.

Respectfully,

Killz

Why on earth would children need to be reading a fricking message board? This is the kind of thing that only concerns Lanny and his sycophants over on Hogville.
