North Dakota State is the smart FCS school. They're better than a lot of FBS schools and could make the jump up if they wanted but they understand that they would most likely turn in to Idaho or (insert Sun Belt school here). Smart move to stay at the FCS level and still dominate if you don't need the cash infusion that the NCAA can provide.
