I can deal with winning 8 games a year. I can't deal with it in the way Bielema does it. Are we good enough to win 11 games in the SEC-W, or are we bad enough to be an upper tier FCS team? We've oscillated from one extreme to the other almost every other game this season, (lest we forget, this is not his first season amidst cleaning up the mess of someone else. Why is this happening with a class full of seniors he recruited?). It's been so bizarre and so predictable that it almost seems staged. The confusing losing streaks to A&M and MSU? Toledo? Texas Tech? Missouri? Rutgers? How about the sweat-fests that were Samford and Louisiana Tech? Pin our schedules under Bielema on a wall, throw a dart at them, and you'll likely hit a game that he's lost in a retarded way to inferior competition.

Arkansas high school football blows. Kids from out-of-state don't want to flock to Fayetteville. Fine, maybe the sooner we admit our situation, the sooner we can start to make it better, or at least stop being miserable all the time. But the SEC was, for the first time in over a decade, kind of pitiful. Only Alabama will win 10+ out of 14 teams. We can't spend our time with a coach who will squander gimme games and just shrug his shoulders afterward. If the cards had been played a little better, this could have been that once every four or five years we could reasonably vie for an SEC championship. Hell, we already thrashed the East champion before somehow dropping a game to a team on life support.

Also, Bert's record at Wisconsin is a total farce. He was a first-time ever HC at Wisconsin in 2006 and he managed to post a 12–1 record. Now he's floundering here. The next guy had one single good year at a G5 school, came to Wisconsin and won 9 games, 10 and his division the following year and then went immediately to another P5. He is 2–10 and 3–8 at that school. The guy after that? Won 6, 7, and 6 games at Pittsburgh. Then he goes to Wisconsin and wins 10 back-to-back, plus his division.

People who have shite records elsewhere go to Wisconsin and feast on a weak schedule in a down division. If it can't be done here, whatever. But if it can't be done, it's not because Bielema couldn't do it. The guy is a paper tiger and it doesn't mean we should stop trying to find someone better. He was a great coach on paper. He's an OK coach in reality. Petrino, for all his short-comings, proved that Arkansas wasn't a job that got eaten up in a changing landscape, reduced to a station where coaching careers go to die. We don't have the local recruiting base, but we have every other resource in spades. We don't have to settle for this jackass apparently using the university as a pension check.

This Missouri game wasn't the last straw, it was a whole freaking hay bale.
