I just can't get in to minor league baseball no matter how hard I try. My wife's company has season tickets to the Springfield Cardinals so we end up going to like 15-20 games a year. Four seasons later since we moved here and it still doesn't pump me up to go.

I mean there has been a ton of talent that has gone through here in that time which has been cool but its hard to build any sort of attachment to the team because it turns over constantly.

I feel that way about minor league ball in general

Although it was cool to see Mike Trout play before he made it big

I just can't take it seriously when there is actually a team called the biscuits

Really? I think that's one thing that's great about MiLB. In fact, I think NWA missed out big time by not going with Thundering Chicken as their mascot.

I must admit I've never been to a minor league game nor do I have any intentions on going to one...


...and baseball is my favorite sport in general.
