Last year he played well late and ran the offense well. I think the last two games he didn't start and was taken out in crunch time yesterday. Is it he's blowing his chance, bad play, or just circumstances?

He's been really inconsistent. Will make a really good play then 2 or 3 bad ones. Plus he missed two key free throws that pretty much lost us the game around when he first came back.

Durham is a senior, a better free throw shooter and one of the assist leaders in the SEC even though he doesn't score a whole lot

Durahm is the better PG this year.

So the question would be during crunch time would you want Beard in with Hannahs or Bell on the bench?

Beard has had a history of clanking crunch time FTs as well. We're also talking about a player who has only been eligible to play for a month and a half.

late to the thread but FTs in the crunch seem to be his weakness at the moment. To me he has looked rusty and everything seems forced on the offensive end. Almost looks like he's trying too hard a lot of the time. He just needs to settle down and let the game come to him.
