Something like that, there was talk about a top10 type player when he was a FR (IIRC), He was also offered by Pel as an 8th or 9th grader if I'm not getting him mixed up with someone else.

The in state talent we have for basketball coming up is amazing. It could really turn the program around and put us back in the national spotlight if they all stay and go to UA.

He got hurt and got waaay out of shape but he got back in shape this past year.

What really sucks is al these kids were born after the prime years of our dynasty. If they started following basketball religiously when they were 7 years old, then they saw teams from 2003 on. At the same time they've seen the glory of the one-and-done programs and Arkansas is no longer listed in discussion with UNC, Duke, Kentucky, and Kansas.
I don't think that cripples us. It just sucks that we have to explain to these kids how great we used to be and we could be again if they stay home and play.
I'll come up with some soliloquy to tell them while I pass out hamburgers with hundred dollar bills in them during our neighborhood cook out.
