It isn't an "easy" offense to run, but it isn't hard either, the problem is you have 3-4 options for every screen depending on what the defender does, that means the person with the ball and the people without all have to be on the same page so to speak.
Pel tried to run the simple flex offense, that could be installed in two practices, took Pel two years.

Honestly I kinda see us in the same position as Kentucky right now. So far this season it's just kinda looked like the chemistry isn't quite there yet. Every now and then you'll see glimpses of how good this team can be. I really hope they gel and start rolling by the time conference play starts.

I was always told it was called the motion because you should always be moving, otherwise it would be the option because you have several options.
When everyone quits moving the offense breaks down and it becomes a clusterfrick, also after the first pass it should not be a necessity to dribble the ball to move the ball.

This is exactly what this team needed. Getting beat by superior teams teaches lessons, but 5 tough games in a row can wear on the confidence. Good news is our schedule is cake from now till conference play.

Right there is the time I would like to see a set play. Surely they have a play they run for last possession. Everyone went to a spot and stood and let BJ dribble. Don't like it.
