Yeah Vandy is a lock but they'll have 15 losses unless they win it all. A 9 seed for a team with 15 losses seems pretty absurd, especially considering a team with 15 losses has never been selected as an at-large.

Gotta give them credit on making adjustments and executing much better these last few weeks. Hoping they have something special in store for the rest of the weekend.

Lunardi is usually spot on with the teams, but dead wrong on the seeding outside of the #1 seeds.
I feel comfortable with the team ranking site and their seeding. Not just with Arkansas seeding, but everyone else as well.
This is their morning update...
2. Kentucky- highest two seed on the board
4. Florida- dropped from the 2nd 3rd seed to the first 4 seed
7. Arkansas- the last 7 seed
8. South Carolina- second 8 seed
10. Vanderbilt- last 10 seed. was the last 11 seed

Top 25 RPI
Lost a top 50 win with Houstons loss to UConn yesterday. UGA remained in top 50 even with loss to UK.
Improved to 9-5 away from home(road & neutral).
Another chance at a top 50 win today against a 30's RPI team in Vanderbilt. Big game for us to move up seeding wise. We need it to insure that 7/10 game and avoid a 1 seed in second round.

It is a little strange, it does feel like a lot of brackets are off this year to me at least. If you look at some of the higher scored brackets on bracket matrix. Most still have us as an 9 with a few 8s and 10s sprinkled in. Keep in mind that some of those brackets haven't updated from last night.

if we beat, no... When we beat Vandy.. we should be a 7 bid at least.

There is no way SCAR is a 7 seed, more like a 10/11 with the way they finished the season.

I would think that gets us to a 7 no matter what happens tomorrow. 25-8 with a top 25 RPI with such a performance today just on eye test alone. I just don't know what some of the others have been thinking of Arkansas being a 9 seed below South Carolina. Hell, if you look at bracket matrix.com there were some that had Arkansas as an 11 seed, which really brought down our seeding average.

Its just so important for us to get to that 7 line to have a legit shot at the Sweet 16. I am not saying this team can't beat a 1 seed, but Id rather not have to worry about playing a 1 seed for a while.

what games today will help us get the 7 seed? I know tomorrows likely wont matter, the brackets are usually filled by then.

Tomorrow is icing on the cake, I can watch relaxed and won't get upset at anything under a 12 point loss.
A win would be awesome since it's been 17 years since our only SEC tourney championship, plus you have the monk factor,
But I'd be cool with a semi-competitive game and wait for our name to be called, 7 seed or better.
