Is doing flips a new kind of strength & conditioning technique?
Is being negative on a message board a new way to compensate for a small penis?

Dick joke. That's classic. As in old. And unoriginal.

The flip thing is just a sign that we're not just building big, inflexible uncoordinated beasts. We're building athletes.

That sort of thing (handstands, functional movement, muscle ups, etc...) is pretty "in" among workout circles right now.

It's about not just training to be stronger with a specific muscle group, but training to be stronger and more explosive as the various muscle groups work together in compound, athletic movements (like running up a wall and backflipping). Plus, it makes you feel like a badass whenever you can do stuff like that.

Did the Alma Sonic fight ever historically happen? Or is it all a legend that got out of control?

There is a plaque outside parking spot 10 commemorating the event.

The McDonalds across the street has been trying to set up an octagon to win back the local patrons.

bullshite.

Herbert's training involves lining the players up in front of a trough and feeding corn, lots of corn. Salt blocks are set up all over campus for player to lick on.

Herb builds big slow white guys who would be ok in the big 10 but can't keep up in the SEC.

That explains why I always see Coach Herbert at Ozark Natural Foods. He's buying his corn in the bulk section.
