Robertson also fathered the last (but not only) NFL player to come out of the small football town of Rison, Tyrell Johnson.

Didn't Mcdaniel run track for you guys too or im thinking of soneone else

I'm not aware of him competing in track and field but he came in after I'd been gone several years; could have but I didn't hear about it.

If I ever become a famous basketball player, I'll be sponsored by TOMS and these will be the new "it" shoe. The new Jordans:

Given your hairstyle they could call you Dr. K instead of Dr. J. (Julius Erving).

Met Joe once. Big as a house and a helluva basketball player. Have to admit, though, my favorites were Sydney Moncrief and Lenzie Howell.

Not UofA related but my favorite player from the state was Scottie Pippen. I grew up being a huge Chicago Bulls fan (still my favorite team along with OKC)

My mom sent me to school in these...

I used to rock these back in the day. Bonus points for the first person to guess what player had these.

I loved Clint McDaniel's game. Guy was clutch and locked the best players down.

Was it Mcdaniel or Robert Crawford that lost his shoe kicking a Bama player in the face?

I had some of these also. Worst shoes I ever had. It seems like they weighed 10 lbs.

My favorite was Derek Hood, just loved his heart and hustle. Ultimate trash man for a team. Gotta have Corliss, just an absolute beast for his Hog teams. Loved me some Oliver, Day, and Mayberry too as that was when I started really watching the Hogs...Joe was super smooth and seemed like he could score at will.

Loved the Kamikaze-Shawn Kemp shoes! He, Drazen Petrovic, and Derek Coleman were who I liked the best growing up.
