A lot of people who talk shite like this about the Global Fortune #1 company don't understand the size and scope of their business. They're an international company. Living in NWA, you sit in church group with folks who are globetrotters on the reg for Walmart. "So and so is out next week, going to China/Mexico/Brazil/Germany". It's extremely common to hear that around here.
Walmart isn't the only facet to the NWA economy anymore, anyway.

It never was the only facet. Only in the 90's did Walmart become a player on the scale it is now.
