Zone read in a spread formation every play if I played against us. Hurt is gonna bring the pain next week.

My buddy bitched and bitched at me about how awesome Ellis is. Then last week I got a text saying "I'm man enough to admit when I'm wrong, and Ellis sucks moose penis"

Pretty sure he's responsible for getting the defense aligned and has made some good plays for us. He's not the most athletically gifted, but he certainly doesn't "suck moose penis".

Dude is smart as shite and is the QB of our defense. He gets us aligned and calls plays for us in hurry up situations. In saying that though; playing LB is about instincts and awareness of what play they are runn8ng and where the ball is going and having the athletic ability to go make the play. He lacks the second part of that equation.
I think once scoota gets the defense down he will be what we have wanted at LB for a very long time.

Scoota will start at MLB next year. I am super excited about him. The guy just has the instincts that a big time MLB has.
