Did Bert really call out AC3?

Collins fumbled twice in the game and didn’t see action in overtime despite running for a team-high 105 yards and one touchdown on 25 carries. Collins appeared to hobble into the locker room at halftime after carrying the ball on the final play of the half, then appeared to hobble off the field again late in the fourth quarter. There were no injury reports on Collins.
Kody Walker, who returned this week after missing four games with a hand injury, served as the featured back in all four overtimes and scored a pair of touchdowns.

he randomly blurted all of that out but as he said "he pissed him off". probably felt it was necessary to call him out because he truly believes that the only person holding AC back is AC.

he called out and talked about several players by name, not just collins 
eta: watching bert's presser and someone asked bert about AC3. just like they ask him about other players and bert answered. seems like it's just another case of bert's quote being taken out of context
