I posted this last year and it's still a relevant question this year.
Reposting the same observation again.
Despite there being "hundreds of thousands" of bikes in attendance, you can go eat at any restaurant on MLK or Dickson and not see a single bike in the parking lot or biker in the restaurant. So much for being a boon for the local economy. They all eat at those shitty food trailers that are not from around here.

I don't think they came this year. I haven't noticed an influx of bike traffic.

Yeah, they're pouring into town right now. I cannot wait until 3:30 tomorrow afternoon. I've developed a strong aversion to this thing.
