I assume just by him working at ASU he's a liberal that was connected with Beebe. Corruption with liberals just seems to be everyday business and regular life, human civilization has certainly devolved in this regard.

You left out the part about him being part of the secret reptilian master race that rules the world, a member of the Illuminati, and the man that cancelled Firefly.

Nothing in print says he did any of those things, but you can tell... just by looking at him.

Can we define "liberal" for the purposes of this conversation? It really gets old listening to people argue political positions based upon predetermined assumptions about particular groups. Are we making assumptions about his political affiliations and using his malfeasance as an opportunity to slam people we disagree with? Did you mean to put "Democrat" instead of liberal? Maybe we could get somewhere in this country if people would stop assigning themselves and others to predetermined groups and assuming we disagree with them. I personally would consider myself socially liberal and fiscally conservative. I believe everyone should have the same rights to marriage, etc regardless of race, religion, creed, sexual orientation etc. On the flip side I don't think it's the governments job to take everyone's money and blow the shite out of it. Does that make me a conservative? Am I a democrat or republican? Does it matter if you decide to disagree with me before we even have a discussion? I'm sick of watching this country go to shite because the two political parties and the media have everyone convinced we hate each other. /rant off

Corruption? Yes it's common

Assuming political affiliations with absolutely zero evidence and inferring a relationship between ones actions and their political leanings? Even more common in our society; with possibly more pernicious effects on a macro scale

Shitposting and arguing shite on this board with no regard for facts, evidence, or even decent decorum? Most common of all

Trolls have to practice just like football players do.

C to V getting tuned up, I like it.

These close minded types like Hawgeye, hogfanatic, and C to V are impossible to have an adult conversation with about politics,
But when football starts and the shite hits the fan, you want them in your foxhole.

Everyone in politics is corrupt or bought and paid for to do the bidding of their benefactors.

Very true. I don't mind C to the V knocking off a little rust in fall camp. He'll be ready to contribute come football season.

Everybody works to their own benefit.. it's just that some people are too dumb to realize what's good for them.

I had to dope up the title a bit for anyone to be interested about a ASU topic.

I think it's pretty incredulous in this day and age how casual ASU's chancellor was in putting his buddies into positions and how bad his wife ran the travel abroad department and his gall in trying to make a full time position for her and in a state where education lags big-time and he runs a school that is not the flagship and has a branding problem he'd push to get more scholly money for his daughter than work harder to attract more students to Jonesboro.

I know a lot of you are democrats and I trend closer to that side in actuality but in this election cycle voting Dem is like driving a stake in your own chest.
