The guy is realistically doing too good of a job. I know he had an SEC no compete but that probably only lasts so long. Amy chance we give him a huge raise this offseason?

Honestly, its best to wait until demand presents the need to increase the salary.
Otherwise, you are unnecessarily moving the bar up for when other offers come in.
On the flip side, a year can make all the different in the world in the want and like of a coordinator, just look on the other side of the ball...

Maybe. I think he will eventually be a head coach again once he leaves here at a p5 school though probably not sec.
