I've spent seemingly the past year of my life begging folks to read 'Fearless'. Adam was just as big of a Hog fan as any of us, and went on to be a SEAL Team 6 badass, despite struggling with the worst forms of addiction and numerous other obstacles that would make an ordinary man give up.
I'll never be able to do his story justice but Adam made SEAL Team 6 after losing an eye and the use of his dominant hand in previous SEAL missions.
Again, read the book. Adam was a Razorback with state pride through and through, and a hero.
That's all I got.

Helluva story. Anyone that hasn't read this book should. Warning-it will make you feel like less of a man no matter how badass you think you are. I honestly think of him every time things get tough. It's as inspirational of a story as you will ever read. I bought extra copies to hand out and made my kids read it.

The only introduction I caught was his son. There were numerous people on the field though.

His wife and kids were there. I think parents and maybe sister?

It was all good till they presented his kid with the personalized Hog jersey with his dads name and high school football number. When i saw that i had to think about the idiots sitting around me so i would get mad again and not tear up.
