Kedrick James just tweeted that he has decided where he is going to commit and will do it soon. Could be good news for the Hogs.

Such a lazy arse HC we have.

Bama is expected to land TE Major Tennison the former Texas commit.

They were in James top 3 with us and Michigan.

Bert's a closer. This I said years ago.

Doesn't belittle the fact that they didn't take full advantage of opportunities that were there for them.

You can't draw your conclusions because of the satellite camp thing this year. For one, these camps were banned basically until the last minute. Secondly, when you have one scheduled and it gets cancelled, you then have to find another state school to host the actual camp.

It's not exactly like one person is packing for a trip and can leave on a whim. It's a lot more complicated than that. All the while, you're still trying to keep your coaching staff on the road recruiting its main targets.

The satellite camp BS is for the birds anyway and won't last much longer. If it does, then college basketball recruiting will mirror what college football recruiting will become with handlers and such.

Well, we got the 'big 3' (in my opinion only), Hayden, Brown, and Wagner, that we had on our board.
Who are your next priorities?

Etienne may be looking around, but I think we're set at RB.
Kedrick James would be a big get, and I'm sure we'd take him, but do we really need another TE?

I'd like to see one of the two LA safetys (Harris, Stewart) or the two kids from Detroit (Thomas, Kelley-Powell) come on board.

We are hurting for solid prospects at DT it appears. Are we in on anybody that I'm not aware of?

I'm sure as test scores and first semester grades are projected there will be more guys to emerge.

It's a shame about Byers as he's a Top 15 talent at his position.

Maybe Fisher gets his stuff together and he can come back on as DT I think he may not be athletic enough to be a SEC DT though.

We have as many as 18 DL on scholarship this season and that is not counting a guy like Ramsey who they say will be moving down to DE to rush the passer because the type of offenses we will be facing and the cash (4-2-5) personnel needed or lack there of a third LB.

Sosa, Capps, Guidry, Marshall and Taylor now from the 2016 really makes this a strength.

We will lose 5 seniors in Johnson, Ledbetter, Lewis, Winston and Wise.

Fisher's ship has sold.

got any details?

I noticed there's a handful of guys in Segrest's territory that are DT's with good size. Wouldn't surprise me if we find another TJ Smith type from a little town in the deep south.

We've picked up Crystall Ball picks this weekend for Kedrick James from both the A&M and Texas 247 guys. Otis put one in as well.

That would be a good solid week and a half haul if he joins us.

Still curious the reason his ranking tanked on 247.

I wonder if he'll get a bump if he commits to us. I remember him distinctly being a four star on 247, and now he's an 86. I thought it was weird how he fell so much after decommitting from Baylor.

I've asked a couple of folks but haven't gotten a response. The drop was on 247 specifically. He fell 21 spots in their TE ranking which is what brought him down on the composite from being a 4* and the #4 TE to a 3* and the #12 TE.

What a kick in the nuts it would be if he got a bump for committing to Baylor and not one for committing to us....
