Going to a 50-ought-6 D.

No kidding. It was just a few months back that folks were reporting that he may never play again.

I think it's a BIG positive. I think it's a speed rush guy to play against spread teams. I remember LSU putting a linebacker in rush position to torment Texas Tech quarterback in bowl. Ramsey can do that. He also can cover. He can play in a 4-3. I think you are seeing some thoughts from Paul Rhoads. I believe this provides versatity within personnel groups that did not exist last year.

I like it. How about a 0-0-11? No one could throw on us. Scratch that, make it 007. We could keep em fresh by rotating those 4....

Media Day just started. First thing of note that Bielema said is that Giovanni LaFrance should be back with the team this week.

Well at least we got our WR injury out of the way early this year.

Didn't want to make a new thread but Cobi Hamilton signed w/ the Steelers a couple days ago after they had a WR get injured.

Also Kirkland survived a round of cuts by the Raiders. I keep thinking he's gonna get axed when they get to scrimmaging.

What about Brandon? I was searching for news on all of our draft picks yesterday and it was almost like he isn't even with Jacksonville. I couldn't find a single recent thing on him.

Pretty sure they'll keep him around for practice squad and as an injury back up.

He's 1 of 4 QB's they have. Jax has too much invested in Bortles to give anyone but him a shot at being the starter.

Henne is a decent back up. It'll be interesting if they keep 3 QB's on the 46 man roster or roll w/ 2.

The QB battle there is between Allen and Wittek to be that 3rd QB. I'd think both of them are on the practice squad at least.

I'm confused about this as well. I want to watch the video myself and see what Bielema actually said because I saw some media folks tweet out this

Bielema: I've considered asking Josh Williams to move to fullback. He wants to stay at LB. But I think he'd be solid at FB

But then Bolin just put out that article saying that he is moving to FB. I feel like there is a miscommunication going on here. At least I hope there is.

Man I wish he would have got picked up by someone else. It just seems like a bad fit to me. I don't expect him to be a starter but I would have liked him to go somewhere where there wasn't already an established #2.
