I was wrong, ankle. They're taping it up now.

He's up and walking around gingerly, doubt we see him again today.

Our D line is so nasty

After an hour of scrimmaging, zero touchdowns. McFain just kicked a 40 yard field goal for the first points of the game.

Yeah he's with the twos.

Sprinkle with the day's first touchdown, he's had a big scrimmage.

If our d line is beating out o line without Flowers or Philon then that can only be a great thing since we know our O line is good

I had to leave but I can offer some quick tidbits.

Sprinkle is our big threat in the passing game. Dude is a beast and reminds me a lot of Chris Gragg only bigger.

Speaking of Graggs, Will was playing with the 2s and looked good, he had one big play with a lot of yards after contact but fumbled right at the very end of the play. Bielema wasn't happy.

Collins scared everyone when he went down early, he was laying on the field for a long time. He eventually came back in the game but went right back out. Looks like he just twisted his ankle so he should be fine.

Too many sacks to count. Seemed like everyone on the defense had at least one. Not sure if this was due to the O line not playing 100% or if our D line is just that beastly. Even the 2nd team D line dominated.

Brandon Allen looked comfortable and he's the clear #1. Backup is still a mystery because Austin and Rafe are so close.

Bielema doesn't play favorites and he doesn't allow mistakes. Cornelius made great plays all day, but he dropped one pass and Bielema ripped him a new one.

Kickers and punters looked great, we won't be missing Irwin-Hill too much luckily.

Cornelius still returning punts, he looked good but punt returns were no-contact. He caught them all though!

JoJo was returning punts as well.

The tight ends are still the stars of our offense. Keon and JoJo had some good catches but Sprinkle stole the show.

Running backs are hard to gauge because Williams didn't play and Collins didn't play much. Kody Walker Dirty Talker had a ton of carries and he actually looked pretty good. Had some really tough yards and doesn't shy away from contact.

I think the Rantards are starting to get a little nervous about CBB, really slowed down on the 'Bert's Fat' line.

Think they are starting to understand Bert may be finna' eat.

It scares the shite out of me as well. I love having a deep D line and I think they'll be great this year...but we will be facing lots of D lines with serious talent on the first and second teams. I'm sure Pittman will get the O line gelling a little more by the fall but god forbid we get bit by the injury bug. Could be real real ugly.
