WOW....is there actual video of this?? Can someone provide a link. I was trying to find a vid that showed the Bama sideline reaction when he hit the sideline
I think it was a separate broadcast where Boyd and Barret did commentary. You can watch it on WatchESPN. It's called the homer broadcast or something.

I love how there are only a few guys here and there jumping up and down when he makes the cut across field.
But when my man hits that 45 yd line of Clemson

Just as a flipside of Drake's story, I watched the clip from the Ole Miss game last year. Still as rough as I remember (frick their pos field, him sliding on it lead to getting his leg pinned in a bad spot).
To go from that (and his arm damn, look at this scar!) to this, is amazing. Read's better than a made up plot of a movie.

That's the one. Zoom in here, zoom in. The fact that Hand is one of the best spoken players in the nation is even better. Gracias!

I abandoned all attempts to say in the recliner at the beginning of the fourth quarter and as soon as I got up something good happened so I refused to sit down again until the final victory formation.
Drake's had this career of almost, it seemed he was a shoelace from a hundred monster plays but never quite pulled it off, when he cut around the end I knew he had a chance bit it looked like they had the angle on him. I started yelling GO GO!!! and he found that "ludicrous speed" gear we always knew he had and just flat beat them all.
The leap to the pylon was nothing short of euphoria. That was the moment I first believed we might win this.

Nailed it. He was always just a hair away and he finally got that corner. I was yelling the same thing. Everyone at my house must have yelled "GO!!!" 100 times before he finally made it to the end zone.
Knowing Drake's story and the battle he had to return to the field, that play might go down as my single favorite play in Alabama history. I don't buy Daniel Moore paintings, but I will buy one of him diving in the end zone. That play is the culmination of Drake's resilience. So inspirational.
On that note, check out this video of Drake and Dr. Cain. Will bring tears to your eyes when you realize Dr. Cain was with Drake the moments/days after his leg broke.
