Went last night to see the women's team beat Faulkner. I'll definitely be going Friday. Shannon Hale looked awesome in the exhibition game. Taylor looked good, but as a scoring threat, I liked Kessens more.

Avery tweeted that only 2,000 tickets are left so I would say either get there early tomorrow to make sure they still have tickets or buy them online if you haven't already.

Are you, Chad, or bird gonna make a before season post detailing the team and saying something great is going to happen this year even though we know it isn't? My last few years of doing that only ended in misery so it's time for someone else to take the reigns.

Just glad we're going to have some damn change this year offensively. Creating open shots, boxing out correctly, creating 2nd chance opportunities, and opening it up from beyond the arc. I know it was an exhibition game, but 'Bama shot nearly 50% from the 3 and Arthur Edwards looked solid. The team has more talent than some people will give them, just will be a tough transition year going from a half-court offense to a fast-break offense.
