What WRs do we still have left on the team that could start this year?

As far as I know the only guys we have who have a chance of starting are:

Jalen Hale
Kobe Prentice
Kendrick Law
Emmanuel Henderson

After that Im drawing a blank other than the new guys we have coming in

That’s the main core right now

Can only really start 4 and will likely only run 3 at a time so does it matter?

Prime opportunity for Ryan Williams to make an immediate impact and catch passes from last year's #1 rated QB for a couple of seasons.

These players need to realize the opportunities they have at Alabama. Some are making very poor "business decisions." Probably listening to their uncle who saw a former player in a Lambo on social media or some crap like that.

I think it matters as far as depth wise just in case someone gets injured. The only guys we have behind them are the freshman. It could not a be significant problem during the season but I don't think it's ideal to just have to rely on the freshman to step up.

Looks like UW is hiring AZ's coach.

Another 30 day portal to look at.

Hopefully we can bring a good receiver from them or Washington. Btw, let's see how their centers are in the meantime

And now their roster is wide open to pick over...hopefully they've got some people who will help fill the gaps.

You left off Aeryn Hampton. He's listed as an ATH but with his size and speed he could be a dangerous slot WR.

I had him down as a DB, but yes, he is undefined and a tweener at the moment.

Those WR/DB athletes are a lot more likely to end up at WR now that the guy in charge is a former WR instead of former DB.

I bet Emmanuel Henderson is feeling better about his chances of seeing the field.

Hampton was a big recruiting win over Texas. The two programs fought tooth and nail to get him on board.

Henderson and Hale are going to have big roles in the offense.

yeah, if we can scheme the receivers we have open more easily and develop one of the qbs to hit the intermediate routes in stride we’ll be good. Maybe we can get Ryan williams back in.

I really feel that Prentice and Law has been criminally under utilized. If we start using motion, being more creative, and actually getting them involved more.

agree…I actually feel better about our offense, assuming we have a wide open qb competition.

fact of the matter is, we haven't recruited at WR very well. I see this as an opportunity for someone to come in and make an impact.
