Utes only up three, but just got their 9th and 10th sacks of the game.

Come on Utes.
It's time to root for underdogs boys.

How does Utah have a field goal kicker?

Actually, no we don't. Gotta win out and have 2 other teams beat Ole Miss, that's not controlling your own destiny to win the SEC West, not yet anyways.

I agree with everything you said in the OP. Made me feel better man. Thank you. Sounds strange but whenever Alabama loses I always go spend time with my wife and babies. It makes me attached to them for some reason haha.
Saying that, I just need an Auburn loss to feel better. I just really want them to come back to earth. Its really getting annoying.

The only undefeated in the PAC12 is Arizona. Arizona plays Southern Cal next weekend.
The undefeateds in the Big 12 are TCU and Baylor. They play this upcoming weekend.
The undefeateds in the ACC are free shoes and Georgia Tech. Georgia Tech plays Duke this coming weekend. FSU plays Syracuse.
The undefeateds in tSEC are OM, Miss St., and Auburn.
Auburn plays Miss St. this weekend.
And then there's Notre Dame. They play UNC this weekend.
That's nine undefeated teams. By the end of next weekend it will move down to seven undefeateds, maybe less if TAMU, DUKE, and USC win there could be four remaining undefeated teams by next week.

He is obviously talking about the Playoffs and yes we still control our own destiny.
If we win out we will have one loss. If Ole Miss wins out, our only loss would be to the undefeated #1 team in the country.
We'd be in he playoffs.

No Boom.
According to posters in the other thread our season is over, we're going to the capital one bowl and we should start playing the backups to figure out 2015.

Did you see anything yesterday that indicates we are a playoff team, top 4 in the country? I didn't.
We don't have a playoff level offense. Our offense scored a grand total of ten points. The right side of our Oline couldn't block a group of school girls and our center can't snap the ball. We have a running back playing quarterback. We have one WR and when he's covered our offense does Jack shite. We have stone hands, soft TEs. We don't have a kicker, decent kick coverage, or a punt/kick returner that are anything more than a liability. We have an inconsistent secondary that made Bo Wallace look like Joe Montana. We have linebackers who can't cover and can't get lined up.
That d-line and punter tho
This team won't beat more than two out of tamu, LSU, miss st. and auburn unless they improve night and day, and I don't see it. Lose to two of them and guess where we end up? The Capitol One Bowl.

ND has to play FSU, but both get the Fighting Petrinos later this season.

Yeah, losing to one of the best team's in the country at their house definitely makes us shite.
If only we could be...
Oklahoma... oh wait.
No, Oregon.. oh wait.
Ucla? Nope.
FSU? Even they've almost lost multiple games to bad teams
We lost one. Most sane people on this forum predicted we'd at least lose one this year because of how tough this season would be.
I guess we should only be a fan/supporter when we're winning big. The lesson I learned from posters like you? Lose a game and give up. Man I wish Auburn coaches and players were so weak minded last year.
Just terrible.

Exactly.
- Auburn still has Ole Miss, Miss State, UGA, us, etc..
- Miss State still has us, Ole Miss, Auburn, etc..
- Ole Miss still has Bo Wallace, no differently than South Carolina had Garcia. They have everybody left. I think Arkansas gets them.
I'd rather lose early then lose the last game and be out. I'm glad we're going to learn from this, get better, temper all the hype and get to work.
I expect a much stronger team and Saban to let go of our OC's neck so he can call a much open offensive attack.

Auburn changed their offense to fit the strengths of their qb. Unfortunately we won't do that.
Now back to my post. Take off the Crimson glasses for a second. What part of this team, other than the name, strikes fear into the hearts of our opponents?
In 2011 when we lost we could still hold our heads high that the team only gave up 9 points.
In 2012 we had the feeling that if the playcalling had been just a little different then we could have won.
This game doesn't inspire any confidence from me whatsoever. I'm not sure the results would be any different if we played again today.

Great point. We treated Blake like he was McElroy yesterday. We continue to try to wedge players into our system instead of conforming our offense to the weapons we have available.
I agree with you. Nothing about yesterday gave me confidence that we are championship team. We looked mentally weak in that second half. The only way we will have any kind of success this year is if we do something that we have yet to do under Saban: get better as the year goes on.

For the last two weeks we struck fear into the entire nation. We play the statistical best defense in the country at their house and all of a sudden we suck.
Man your rationale sucks.
Can't wait for these next games. I will be doing a lot of bumping.

You keep deflecting this question. Try discussing instead of using emoticons. What unit do you see as dominant? This question should be easy to answer if the premise is so laughable. Tell me what advantages we hold over Miss St. and Auburn. I'll wait.

So we need Ole Miss to lose twice between now and the end of the regular season, we need Miss State to lose once before playing us, and Auburn to lose once? And we need to win out?
