Have you guys seen this? Last year it was their recruits stealing the "Savages want to play with savages". This year they stole this.....

Even if Kirby did come up with it, he would need permission to use it at UGA
When you get paid to do a job for someone, things you create on that job are the property of your employer
Having said that, I doubt that Saban would be ok with Bama coming after Smart for this...
