I don't think you are entirely wrong on that point. That and all the other reasons posters have listed. Tua needs to be ready for multiple reasons.

No. He's playing Tina because our backup QB is a true freshman with no college experience and if Jalen goes down he is it. That's all. This is not ready to take the job. Without Jalens ability to prolong plays and scramble Bama loses 3 games this year. Our OL blows chunks so far. I hope they get better but if your going to play a pocketvpassing QB who will struggle to make reads you better be able to protect him and Bama can't do that as of yet.
