When Pruitt jumps at a head coaching opportunity, I wouldn't mind Tosh getting his shot as DC.

i doubt Pruitt cares, he is getting paid almost double what Tosh is getting which is all that really matters at the end of the day. Pruitt is far enough along and well enough known that his next more is a HC. The title helps keep Tosh which I'm sure Pruitt sees and wants to happen.

Total assistant coach payments went from $5,220,000 to $4,634,000. I guess Kirby leaving created a huge drop in overall assistant coach pay.
