Too early to tell, but do you expect Kendall Sheffield to have a role on defense

He's another 5 star CB from the past two classes. So far Minkah and Marlon have panned out, and the only thing holding TB back is his head. If TB gets straightened out I'd love to see all four on the field together in Dime. At the very least I think Sheff may be a force on St with his speed.

Do you think Sheffield can take over at CB/Star/Money? I don't really know how I like him at Money, but CB or Star will have an opening. It depends if Saban wants to move Minkah or not. I suppose in base Minkah could play CB and in Nickel/Dime he could move to Star and Sheffield or Brown could play CB.

We have a lot of different combinations, and we haven't even talked about dark horse guys like Anthony Averett.

I expect him to start at either CB or Nickel. Hump, Fitz and Sheff will be our 3 starting CB's IMO with Eddie and Harrison at safety. Tony Brown is the wild card if he can get his head out of his rear end.

edit--I expect Mo Smith to be our money back unless Brown takes it.

Yes. With Cyrus leaving, that should push Minkah to that CB spot. Sheffield should then move in to replace Minkah. I would expect Ronnie Harrison to replace Geno Smith opposite Eddie Jackson.

I think Sheffield will start at the other CB spot opposite of Marlon. Minkah needs to stay were he is at, let him roam the field. I think Brown will be at safety next year.
