Yep. I bet that NIL money will flood in to remove as much talent as possible from Bama. The competition smells blood in the water and will do whatever they can to go for the neck now that the head is gone.

That’s why it’s crucial Bama does it’s best to get a great hire and ASAP. Waiting too long could be disastrous

So if your coach leaves the team gets 30 days to transfer. Let’s say 20 players leave. How do you replace those players and when?

You have to think Saban had a transfer plan in place and they aren't starting from scratch here.

I believe the wording is if your coach is fired during the season, they have a 30 day window from that point to enter the portal.
